LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY <br /> LET IT BE KNOWN, that Edward Lainio and Yvonne Lainio, owners of tax lot R0002263 of <br /> Township 15 South, Range 70 West 6th P.M., have made and appointed, and by these presents <br /> does make and appoint Foster Scott, of the Turquoise Connection, Inc true and lawful attorney <br /> for me in my name, please place and stead, for the following specific and limited purpose only: <br /> Permission to temporarily amend State Permit 2007-031 to include crossing into the west <br /> boundary of tax lot R0002263 from the Scott Blue II mining claim to perform restoration <br /> work and repair the headcut on your property by placing large rock currently stockpiled on <br /> my BLM claim into the cut to stop the headcut and prevent further erosion. I would enter <br /> into your land from my BLM claim,just far enough, (no more than 30 feet), to place the <br /> rock with my loader, place topsoil and return the area to approximate the surrounding land <br /> contours. Following this, I would seed using hand tools, with the seed mix in my State <br /> Reclamation Plan. The seed mix will be free of noxious weeds. All work will be under the <br /> direction of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman <br /> Street, Rm 215,Denver,CO 80203. <br /> Permission is granted only for the period of time it will take to perform this restoration to <br /> the satisfaction of the Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety. Foster Scott is <br /> authorized to work with Division staff on my properties in the area described above, until <br /> the restoration work is completed.
