Restoration, but no excavation, may take place up <br /> to 30 feet inside the west property boundary (area up to 30 feet wide and approximately <br /> 560 feet long). <br /> Permission is granted only for the period of time it will take to perform this restoration to <br /> the satisfaction of the Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety.Foster Scott is <br /> authorized to work with Division staff on my properties in the area described above, until <br /> the restoration work is completed.
