{ <br /> (6) Description of procedures to log and address complaints related to the operation and <br /> applicable Teller County Land Use Regulations. <br /> Complaints will be documented in a log book. The appropriate government agencies will <br /> be notified and the complaint will be addressed per the agencies recommendations. <br /> (7) A description of the mined land reclamation plan in conformance with the requirements <br /> of the State of Colorado for a mined land reclamation permit, describing how the post <br /> mining land use(s) is or are not incompatible with adjoining and/or adjacent land uses or <br /> with current zoning of the site, and are in compliance with all applicable legislatively <br /> adopted Teller County master plan(s) or map(s) and these Regulations. <br /> Partial reclamation will occur during and prior to the end of each annual mining season. <br /> Annual reclamation will be done prior to November3Oth on those excavated areas <br /> deemed not worth expanding.Those areas will be back filled with overburden and <br /> graded to their original grade.Top soil will be replaced and these areas seeded with a <br /> diversity of species as recommended by the Forest Service. <br /> Prior to the end of the project all excavations and dig sites (including previously <br /> disturbed areas) will be back filled with overburden and graded to their original grade. <br /> Top soil will be replaced and these areas seeded with a diversity of species as <br /> recommended by the Forest Service. <br /> At the end of the project the site will be returned to its post mining land use of forestry <br /> (Zoned A-1).This will be compatible with the adjoining lands which also have a land use <br /> of forestry (Zoned A-1). <br /> This project site does fall within Teller County master plan, A-1/ Mining. <br /> (8) Not applicable. <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> 10.
