Monitoring results for 2017 are presented <br />in Attachment G-1 and for the years between 2007 and 2016 are presented in the <br />Surface and Groundwater Characterization report. <br />Point of Compliance (Section 3.1.7(6) and 3.2.7(7)(a) <br />The May Day No. 2 bench groundwater monitoring well is the designated "point of <br />compliance". The well is located (Figure G-1) downgradient of the May Day No. 1 and <br />No. 2 active mine area The CDRMS "point of compliance" for surface water is located <br />down gradient of the mine site and located on the La Plata River (Station SW -2). <br />6.4.7(2) Surface/Groundwater Characterizations <br />(a) Map <br />The surface water bodies within the permit boundaries, and adjacent to the permit <br />area, are illustrated on in Exhibit C, figure C-6. <br />b) Runoff Plan <br />Detailed surface water flow characteristics for the 2, 10, 25 and 100 year storm <br />peak flows and discharge flow velocities for the mine site and associated <br />structures were used to develop the Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) as <br />summarized in Exhibit U.
