The ridgeline road was accessible the extent of the road <br />with all gates accessible at the time of the inspection. No issues were noted. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> <br />The backfilled and regraded areas of the site were stable at the time of the inspection. No unstable or eroded <br />features were identified with the exception of what is noted in the Slides and Damage section of this report. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION – Rule 4.15 Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> <br />Noxious and invasive vegetation was noted sporadically throughout the mine site. The majority of the <br />houndstongue and thistle noted near road sides, pond embankments, and pond discharge flumes. Weed
