The pipe has rusted through to allow water to enter the pipe <br />approximately 2 feet below the top of the riser. A small amount of initial erosion has begun around the pipe and <br />into the embankment. In order to ensure compliance and prevent damage to the embankment, this riser pipe will <br />require repair. Miranda Kawcak of Seneca Property stated that it is the intention of the operator to attempt to <br />place a sleeve over the pipe as access to the site with heavy equipment is difficult. The repair material has been <br />ordered and should be repaired prior to the October inspection and before winter. <br /> <br />Pond 016 embankments were stable and well vegetated. The pond was discharging at the time of the inspection. <br />No problems were noted with the primary or emergency spillways. <br /> <br />Pond 005 was holding water with no discharge. The embankments were stable with no problems noted. Two salt <br />blocks are on the north end of the embankment. <br /> <br />Pond 017 was not discharging at the time of the inspection. The pond embankments were stable with no problems <br />noted to the primary and emergency spillways. <br /> <br />Stock Tanks observed throughout the site were holding water and stable. Permanent drainages were stable with no <br />problems noted. <br /> Pond 015 Pond 006
