The inspection was conducted by me, Robin Reilley, of the DRMS on 14 <br />September 2017. Danny Kipp of Coors Energy CO., was present during the inspection. Skies were clear <br />and temperatures reached 90 degrees F. The last precipitation was recorded in early August. The <br />Dugout and Sediment Pond #2 held water; about 2-3 feet in the Sediment pond. The Dougout Pond was <br />covered with a dense growth of cattails. <br />This inspection consisted of collecting elevation data in order to validate approximate original contour <br />for the two parcels and two drainages for a total of 19.4 acres in Area 33 (12.5 acres) and, Area 34 (6.9 <br />acres). <br />INSPECTION: <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />o No earth was being moved at the time of inspection. <br />o No hydrologic or air quality issues were observed at time of inspection. <br />o Areas inspected appeared stable, with vegetation establishing and positive drainage. <br />BACKFILLING and GRADING — Rule 4.14 <br />To check the as -built reclamation in SL9 areas, with respect to meeting approximate original <br />contour, 43 points were collected with GPS technology (GNSS Bad Elf surveyor, connected via <br />blue tooth to Apple iPhone 6, ArcCollector and ESRI 10.3.1 software).
