Public Notice <br />CAM MINING LLC, 2352 N. 7th Street, Unit B, Grand Junction CO 81501, has submitted a <br />complete application for a technical revision to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety for its Munger Canyon Mine, Mining and Reclamation Permit No. C-1981-020. <br />Proposed technical revision no. 28 will expand the permit boundary to include a reclaimed <br />road. <br />The Munger Canyon Mine is located approximately 18 miles north of Loma, CO along <br />State Highway 139. East Salt Creek is located on western portion of the permit boundary. <br />Most of the surface of the permit area is owned by the United States. The permit area is <br />encompassed within portions of Sections 27, 28 and 29 of Township 7 South, Range 102 <br />West, 6th P.M. A portion of the permit area in section 29 is owned by #11 Enterprises. <br />The mine site sections are contained within the U.S. Geological Survey 7.5 minute Howard <br />Canyon and Garvey Canyon Quadrangle maps. <br />A copy of the technical revision application is available for public inspection at the Mesa <br />County Clerk and Recorder's office, 200 S Spruce St., Grand Junction, CO. A copy of <br />the approved permit application document, as well as the technical revision application, <br />are available at the Denver office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />(Room 215, 1313 Sherman St., Denver, CO 80203, (303) 866-3567). Written <br />comments regarding this application may be submitted to and additional information <br />may be obtained from the Denver office of Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br />Written comments must be received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />within 10 days after the date of this publication in order to be considered. <br />
