The work was
performed as a follow up to an original survey completed by Fugro in April 2016 to map unknown water
pathways at the Snowcap Mine site. The results of the April survey are described in "Project No. 04.79160011
Geophysical Surveys to Identify Potential Groundwater Pathways at a Site Overlying the Snowcap Coal Mine,
Palisade, Colorado" dated April 25, 2016.
A member of the Fugro Group of companies with offices throughout the world
TR -69 A14-15-4 09/16
