The inspection was conducted and the <br />report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Graham Roberts, Trapper Mine <br />representative was present throughout the inspection. Other participants included Dan <br />Hernandez of the DRMS, Jennifer Maiolo of BLM, and Tom Medlin of OSM. Skies had high <br />clouds and temperatures ranged from 68 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The ground was dry. The <br />inspections took place over two days with Tuesday, 29 August dedicated to Phase I parcels and <br />Wednesday, 30 August to Phase II parcels. <br /> <br />This inspection consisted of collecting elevation data in order to validate approximate original <br />contour for the six parcels and three drainages for a total of nine Phase I parcels totaling 175.3 <br />acres. Drainage configurations AB16, FA16 and AB9 as shown on the map included in this <br />report for Phase I bond release were inspected as were constructed drainages in parcel ZAB16. <br />Additionally, 376.1 acres of a requested Phase II SL19, bond release request were also inspected. <br /> <br />INSPECTION: <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> <br />o Main haul roads were being watered and <br />ash was being hauled to the ash pit. <br />o One dragline was operating in the Pit. <br />Two draglines were idle at the time of <br />inspection. <br />o Trucks were hauling soil material for <br />placement. <br />o Dozers were operating to place soil, <br />building benches and regrading. Dozers <br />were also operating in the ash pit. <br />o No hydrologic or air quality issues were <br />observed at time of inspection. <br />o No issues noted at time of inspection <br />at the Ready Line. <br /> <br /> Photo 1: Placing material for regrading to <br />approximate original contour.
