As such, no
mine personnel remain on the property. The area that received final bond release with the approval of SL10, has
been approved to be removed from the permit area with the proposed approval of TR70. All remaining acreage
associated with the permit will be located on the east side of the Colorado River.
HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05
Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3, Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring
4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18:
The mine site is very dry.
