<br />Prospect, Streeter and Gulch A Ponds were inspected. Prospect and Streeter both held water but no discharge was <br />occurring. The Gulch A pond was dry. All embankments were vegetated and stable with no issues. <br /> <br />The West Pit, East Taylor and West Taylor Pond was inspected. The East Taylor Pond was dry and no issues were <br />observed. The West Pit and West Taylor Pond both held water and were discharging. <br /> <br />Ponds associated with Collom have been primarily constructed and receiving finishing touches. These ponds were <br />Section 25, Middle, Section 36 and Coal Stockpile Ponds. Concrete footers were being installed for walk way <br />access to the pond’s discharge points. Soil from adjacent areas were used as additional material for the <br />embankments . Associated diversions were also being constructed at the time of the inspection. No issues were <br />observed. <br /> <br />Collom Haul Road culverts have been installed. The Wilson Creek culvert was currently being constructed at the <br />time of the inspection and is a 12’ cmp. Forms for the headwall and wing walls were constructed but concrete had <br />not yet been laid. Wilson Creek has been temporarily been diverted around the culvert during the construction. <br /> <br /> State Highway 13 c ulvert. <br /> <br />Rock pile on Mr. Ott’s property.
