Content of pond reports <br /> <br />CDRMS regulation <br />4.05.9(15) <br /> <br />The annual impoundment inspection reports are <br />required to include the information required by Rule <br />4.05.9(15). The report forms for each impoundment <br />includes a checklist regarding erosion, instability, <br />structural weaknesses and items that may be <br />considered hazardous. Spillway and decant systems <br />are inspected, however the monitoring <br />instrumentation (flumes/weirs) are not discussed. <br />Other aspects affecting structural stability and items <br />that may require maintenance are discussed. <br /> <br />For all of the impoundments, in accordance with <br />Rule 4.05.9(15), the report is required to discuss : <br /> <br />b) Existing and required monitoring procedures and <br />instrumentation. <br />c) The depth and elevation of any impounded waters <br />at the time of the certified report. <br />e) Existing storage capacity of the impoundment. <br /> <br /> The inspection report forms for the <br />impoundments do not supply this required <br />information. For the next quarterly <br />impoundment inspection report required <br />by Rule 4.05.9(17), please supply the <br />information cited above. <br />16.
