22. As required by Rule 6.3.5(2)(c)all major surface features to be used in connection with the <br /> proposed operation have been outlined and labeled on the revised maps. <br /> 23. As required by Rule 6.3.5(2)(d)to indicate direction of mineral extraction it will have to be upon <br /> exposure of minerals with updated maps to follow. <br /> 24. As required by Rule 6.3.5(2)(f)previously mined areas,roads,or excavation resulting from utility <br /> construction will be indicated on the revised map. <br /> 25. As required by Rule 6.3.5(3)a Reclamation Plan Map has been provided. <br /> 26. Please see revised EXHIBIT G-Source of Legal Right to Enter. <br /> 27.
