Correspondence from the SLB was received on <br />August 1, 2017 and the SLB’s comments mirrored that of the Division’s with no concerns. Within the <br />correspondence from the SLB, the SLB deferred to the Division to enforce all rules and regulations that apply <br />regarding the Phase II and Phase III bond release that Colowyo has requested with no objections to releasing this <br />area due to the presence of cheatgrass. <br /> <br />1.3 acre of cheatgrass. A total of 17 topsoil <br />verification holes were dug and measured during the inspection dated June 21, 2016. At the time of the Section 16 <br />reclamation, topsoil depth requirement is 18”.
