The ridgeline road was accessible the extent of the road <br />with all gates accessible at the time of the inspection. No issues were noted. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> <br />The backfilled and regraded areas of the site were stable at the time of the inspection. No unstable or eroded <br />features were identified with the exception of what is noted in the Slides and Damage section of this report. <br /> <br />SLIDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12: <br /> <br />The south of Pond 006 slump showed no evidence of additional movement towards the pond. Surface cracks <br />above and around the slump were observed with no evidence that the cracks are from recent spring runoff and <br />snowmelt. Based on a report from NWCC titled; “Slope Stability, Pond 6/Access Road A Slope Failures” <br />dated October 27, 2016 it was recommended that the existing embankment fill slopes situated to the east
