Impacts <br /> CCVGMC anticipates an increase of traffic into the new overlook of 14 vehicles per day and 30 vehicles <br /> per day during peak months. CCVGMC conducted traffic counts from the AE Overlook during 2014 and <br /> 2015. These counts averaged approximately 14 vehicle visits per day over a year period. Peak months <br /> averaged 30 vehicle visits per day. The Southern Teller County Focus Group conducted visitor counts <br /> from the current Little Grouse trailhead during 2016. These counts averaged approximately 2 vehicle <br /> visits per day over a year period. Peak months showed 5 vehicle visits per day. Total traffic into the new <br /> overlook is estimated at an average of 16 vehicles per day with peaks of 35 vehicles per day during <br /> summer/fall months. <br /> Operation <br /> The Overlook will be open dawn to dusk. No winter maintenance(Nov-Apr). No lighting or <br /> communications. <br />
