The paved <br />portion of the haul road is in good repair. The unpaved portion of the haul road did not have any erosional issues. <br />There were no areas with ponded water or ruts. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> The mine identification signs are located to the left of the entrance to the site. The sign displays the <br />correct information about the permit tee and the Division. Topsoil markers are located on both of the topsoil piles <br />and were easily spotted. The orange safety fencing has been repaired on all four of the old coal feeder structures <br />(Photo 5). <br /> <br />TOPSOIL – Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> There are two topsoil piles at the loadout site. There is T opsoil Pile 1 on the west end of the site and <br />Topsoil Pile 2 at the east end of the site. Both piles are well vegetated and stable.
