The italicized items are the current comment and the bold text are the responses: <br /> APPL ICA TION FORM. The Certification page(page 8)needs to be sealed and signed by the corporate <br /> secretary or equivalent. Also the acreage listed on page 1, item 3, does no not match what is stated in the <br /> provided legal description. Please resolve and provide correct values for permit and amendment acreages. <br /> The Certification page has been included with the Corporate Seal. The acreage reported <br /> has been updated to the match the legal description attached in Exhibit A. <br /> - The total acreage in the full permit area is 278.925 acre <br /> - The Amended parcel is 32.4 <br /> - The original permit area is the difference of 346.525 acres <br /> EXHIBIT l-Soils information(Rule 6.4.9): (1)In consultation with the Soil Conservation Service other <br /> qualified person,you must indicate on a map(in Exhibit C)or by statement, the general type, thickness and <br /> distribution of soil over the affected land. Such description will address suitability of topsoil(or other <br /> material)for establishment and maintenance of plant growth. The submitted material state the information <br /> is present on Exhibit C, however the map only shows the legend for this information, the soil classifications <br /> are missing from the map. <br /> The soil information is enclosed in this response letter. <br /> EXHIBIT L -Reclamation Costs(Rule 6.4.12):(1)All information necessary to calculate the costs of <br /> reclamation must be submitted and broken down into the various major phases of reclamation. You must <br /> provide sufficient information to calculate the cost of reclamation that would be incurred by the state. No <br /> reclamation cots have been given for the area to be amended, only a statement of current bond is provided. <br /> The entire area including the proposed amended area was included in the original bond of <br /> $915,820.
