BECHTOL T
POST OFFICE Box 2683
DURANGO,CO 81302-2683
970-259-7534
970-259-7472 FAX
March 9, 2017
George M.L. Robinson
Wildcat Mining Corporation
3926 North State Hwy 67
Sedalia, CO 80135
RE: Wildcat Mine Traffic Study.
Dear Mr. Robinson,
Bechtolt Engineering is pleased to report that despite the frequent snowstorms of the past few
weeks, we have been able to make progress on the Traffic Study. Field measurements of the US
160 and County Road 124 intersection are complete-in accordance with CDOT's Access
Assessment Program requirements. Preliminary measurements have been completed at the
intersection of County Road 124 and the mine driveway. Final measurements, (return radii, etc.)
have been hampered somewhat by the snow banks at the driveway. Anticipated traffic volumes
are completed based on Wildcat's operational estimate, and reduced to "Traffic Data"required
for the report. The frame work for the traffic report is in place. Tables, figures and explanatory
exhibits are being drawn up and included in the report body. The standard 12 hour traffic volume
counts, documenting through and turning movements at US 160 and CR 124, is scheduled for
this week. This empirical data will be used to establish the peak traffic volume times for CR 124.
The enclosed invoice details our man hours to date. Please feel free to call me if you have any
questions.
Respectfully Submitted,
Richard D.
