[LIONELLE PLAN OF OPERATIONS] <br /> Operator proposes to be working on the claim for no more than 2 weeks at a time,weather permitting, <br /> while conducting mining operations. <br /> It is estimated that operator will not disturb more than%2 acre of land and/or rock. <br /> Operator will be mining for fluorite, using rock picks, buckets, chisel and pry bar.All equipment is small <br /> and portable and will be removed from site with operator. <br /> Environmental Protection <br /> Operator states that there will be no environmental impact on the claim while reopening the shafts and <br /> sampling fluorite occurs.The public will be protected from the shafts by the installment of contractor <br /> grade secured gates and active mining claim signage will be posted in highly visible locations. No water <br /> sources will be disturbed during mining operations. <br /> Reclamation <br /> Very little impact is expected from the proposed mining operations.
