No unstable or eroded
features were identified with the exception of what is noted in the Slides and Damage section of this report.

REVEGETATION – Rule 4.15 Vegetative Cover; Timing:

A number of bare areas were noted during the inspection. Based on information by Miranda Blomquist, these bare
areas may be the areas of past pond cleanings that vegetation did not establish. These areas may need to be
interseeded to provide adequate cover.

Noxious and invasive vegetation was noted sporadically throughout the mine site. White top has been managed
during the Spring with predominate noxious plant houndstongue observed during the inspection. The majority of
the houndstongue, bull thistle, and Canada thistle were noted near road sides, pond embankments, and pond
discharge flumes.

DOCUMENTS RECEIVED - NA
OTHER (SPECIFY) - NA
