Permanent drainages were stable with no <br />problems noted. <br /> <br />Established drainages PM-19 above Pond 016 was stable with no problems noted. <br /> <br />A cluster of wells were inspected above PM-19 and Pond 016. These wells were labeled SC-25 (1-5). The <br />valve to well SC-25-3 has been broken and is now artesian. This well should be capped or a new valve <br />installed to close the flow of the well. <br /> Well Cluster <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and <br />Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> <br />Access roads throughout the site were in good condition. The ridgeline road was accessed to the snow-fence with <br />all gates accessible at the time of the inspection. No issues were noted. <br />
