Quality Assurance Plan Purpose — Ensure compliance of materials, workmanship,
construction, and functional performance of compacted clay liner with the design of the
detention ponds.

B. Proposed Construction
1) The proposed construction includes the sediment pond lined with a 12 -
inch thickness low permeability soils liner. The soils liner is proposed to
be constructed using native clay soils or native soils amended with
bentonite. The approximate size of the pond is summarized in the
following table.
