Name the proposed sediment ponds on the map so that the exact location of the modeled <br />ponds can be determined <br /> <br />Rule 4.08.2 Pre Blasting Survey <br /> <br />DRMS received the affidavit of publication for TMI’s March 2017 – March 2018 notice of intent to <br />conduct blasting, as per Rule 4.08.3. This notice is relevant for the current permit term and permit <br />boundary. As the mine plan changes and the possibility of a revised permit boundary becomes a <br />reality TMI’s notification and survey requirements as per rule 4.08.2 will require demonstration. <br /> <br />Currently the permit addresses this rule adequately. <br /> <br />Rule 4.08.4(7a,7b) Surface Blasting Requirements – min distances 1000 ft. and 500 ft. <br /> <br />The permit addresses this rule adequately. <br /> <br />Revised Pages <br /> <br />32.
