For more information, refer to the Divis ion’s inspection <br />report dated May 15, 2017. To the date of this inspection, no active violation has been abated. The abatement date <br />for each of the violations are June 30, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />The road and road spur associated with the NW-MW well was inspected. The primary two track road has not yet <br />been reclaimed but has been self -healing due to lack of traffic. No erosion was observed during the length of either <br />road sections. The road spur has been reclaimed and vegetation along the corridor is thriving. <br /> <br />The reclaimed access road associated with the reclaimed substation pad was inspected. N o erosion was visible and <br />was in stable condition. Vegetation was sparse and the area was mainly populated with field bindweed <br />(Convolvulus Arvensis) which is labeled as a Class C noxious weed. The Division requested that EFC enact their <br />weed management as per the Southfield PAP in the Division’s inspection report dated May 15, 2017. It appears <br />that weed spraying has not yet occurred on the site. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION – Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />The NW-MW well pad and equipment storage pad located off the road spur were inspected. Both pads have been <br />reclaimed. The MW-NW pad is stable with mature vegetation growth. The equipment pad is still sparse with
