No operator was present during the inspection. The <br />weather was clear and ground conditions were dry. Temperatures during the inspection were around eighty five <br />degrees fahrenheit. There were issues with the record check associated with this inspected. Please see Availability <br />of Records for additoinal details. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS – Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />Records are supposed to be located at the Fremont County Recorder office in Canyon City, CO but were unable to <br />be located. Multiple employees at the office assisted in the search and it was concluded that the records are no <br />longer located at the Fremont County Recorder office. As per Rule 2.07.3(4), the applicant shall make a full copy <br />of his or her complete application for a permit, permit revision, technical revision, or permit renewal, except for <br />data and/or other information if it is determined by the Division to be confidential according to 2.07.5, available <br />for the public to inspect and copy. These records need to be reinstated before the Divisions next Complete <br />Inspection. <br /> <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />The Magpie Division Ditch was inspected. The ditch is stable and armored with rip rap along the majority of the <br />remaining channel. Maintenance has been requested regarding a small portion of the upper channel with missing <br />rip rap. Maintenance in this area is still necessary. There are no rills, gullies or major erosion along the channel.
