Dues to a minor <br />change in mining methods approximately 750 linear feet of working <br />face is needed before slope reconstruct begins. Currently there <br />is approximately 600 feet or near vertical feet and another 600 <br />feet of backfilled area that needs final grading. We have <br />included this information in the Bond Calculations work sheet <br />supplied herein. <br />RECLAMATION PLAN REVISION <br />It has come to our attention that the approved Reclamation Plan <br />contains a commitment to plant approximately 200 seedling Russian <br />Olive trees that are now listed as noxious weeds. In additions <br />there is a commitment to plan 300 cottonwood seedlings. The <br />natural invasion of cottonwood trees is such that the need to add <br />more is unnecessary.
