6/18/17
Division of Reclamation Mine Safety,
'RECEIVED
JUN 2 2 2017
DIVISION OFLAMAr,0N
_ MINING & SAFE,
This letter is to voice my concerns against Sunrise Mining Company (Wildcat Mining). Now Wildcat
has a new name, new money, but NOT new management. Same Robinson as noted in the newspaper
article enclosed dated bask ire February
-)-7th
`U JL
Please take some time to look at his on-going mess and not only the history of this site but also the
future. We were told with each new investor how good it is going to be now. When does NOW come??
still look across from my home to a hillside littered with containers, an old mill, and scars in the
landscape. Of course, all of this was done without any permits and under the watchful eye of the DRMS
Durango office of Wally Erickson.
Wouldn't a clean-up and removal of this these illegally placed equipment be the start of something
NEW?
The piaci now, as stated in the e-mail enclosed from Sara Glinatsis to Phil vigil dated June 5th 2017 i5
to truck out existing stockpiles (tailings) for a two year period. How in the world are they going to do
this legally?? Are they going to drive heavy loaded trucks through the La Plata River or over the illegal
uridge with no consent or pernnit?
Again, please review what need to be addressed, removed, reclamated, permitted and MONITORED.
Scott Collignon
4495 County Road 124
Hesperus, Co. 81326
