Affidavit certifying that the material is clean and inert. <br /> Connell Resources Inc. hereby submits a Technical Revision Request to notify DRMS of <br /> Backfilling and Grading- Imported Fill from offsite sources for the Timnath Connell <br /> Aggregate Pit. Permit M 1999-050. Please reference Inspection Report Dated May 15, <br /> Uj <br /> 2017 for Corrective Action Requirements for-Backfilling and Grading. <br /> The Timnath Connell Pit is located where the potential land use will more than likely <br /> change from the current agricultural land final use to commercial property. The owners <br /> of the property, CWH LLC, are also the principal owners of Connell Resources Inc. and <br /> have approved the backfilling activity. <br /> The final land use has not been determined and includes long range planning items such _ <br /> as: potential zoning changes, potential annexation issues and relocation of the Box Elde <br /> irrigation channel.
