Request for Technical Revision Cover Sheet 0 <br /> 00 <br /> 2.) $216.00 Check for Revision Fee • <br /> 3.) Rule 3.1.5 (9) Narrative-As Follows <br /> 4.) Affidavit certifying that the material is clean and inert. <br /> Connell Resources Inc. hereby submits a Technical Revision Request to notify DRMS of <br /> Backfilling and Grading- Imported Fill from offsite sources for the Timnath Connell <br /> Aggregate Pit. Permit M 1999-050. Please reference Inspection Report Dated May 15, <br /> Uj <br /> 2017 for Corrective Action Requirements for-Backfilling and Grading. <br /> The Timnath Connell Pit is located where the potential land use will more than likely <br /> change from the current agricultural land final use to commercial property. The owners <br /> of the property, CWH LLC, are also the principal owners of Connell Resources Inc. and <br /> have approved the backfilling activity. <br /> The final land use has not been determined and includes long range planning items such _ <br /> as: potential zoning changes, potential annexation issues and relocation of the Box Elde <br /> irrigation channel. Meanwhile, there are areas of the pit that can be backfilled that do <br /> not change the nature of the original approved reclamation plan while the long range <br /> development plans are developed. 00 <br /> Lj <br /> Rule 3.1.5 (9) Requirements <br /> a) a narrative that describes the approximate location of the proposed activity; Ln <br /> The mined area on the East side of the pit is approximately 15'deep and is being Ln <br /> Uj <br /> backfilled in anticipation of changes in the end use to commercial property. <br />
