Replacement of Depletions and Historical Return Flows. The Applicant shall <br /> measure and deliver on a daily basis 25 percent of the farm headgate deliveries <br /> attributable to the changed Water Rights directly to the Cache la Poudre River to <br /> replace historical surface return flows as described above. In addition,the <br /> Applicant shall measure and deliver on a daily basis 75 percent of the farm <br /> headgate deliveries attributable to the changed Water Rights to the Recharge Pit <br /> to meet the lagged subsurface return flow obligations and to replace the lagged <br /> evaporation and operational losses as shown in Table 7 in time, place and amount <br /> to prevent injury. <br /> 23. Recharge Operation and Accounting. The Applicant shall account for recharge <br /> accretions in accordance with the State Engineer's Office recharge protocol <br /> including the following. <br /> 23.1. Applicant shall prepare a stage-area capacity table for the Recharge Pit after <br /> it is constructed pursuant to paragraph 24 and install a staff gage in the <br /> Recharge Pit such that the gauge registers the lowest level in the Recharge <br /> Pit. The staff gauge must be readable from readily accessible location <br /> 8 <br />
