Rule 2.03.8 Permit Term <br />This rule is adequately addressed. <br />Rule 2.03.9 Insurance Information <br />This rule is adequately addressed. <br />Rule 2.03.10 Other Licenses and Permits <br />DRMS notes that the Explosives License expired May 2017 and, that Trapper received an extension <br />for this license of six months or, through October 2017. <br />Rule 2.04.7 HvdroloQy Description <br />This rule is adequately addressed with the exception of- <br />June <br />fJune 2017 DRMS <br />8. Should updated climate data show a trend in precipitation indicating an increase in annual precipitation <br />totals and/or an increase in the frequency of higherprecipitation events, please discuss possible potential <br />for leachate of waste constituents to occur, specifically addressing permit section 4.3.4.6. <br />9. Please assure that identified seeps and springs are delineated and located on the appropriate hydrologic <br />maps. <br />10. Please update the last sentence in section 4.8.1 of the permit to reflect that the role of Appendix W in the <br />permit seems to have changed and now comprises the Annual Reclamation Report while the Annual <br />Hydrology Report consisting of water year monitoring results and is a stand alone document, different <br />from Appendix W. <br />Rule 2.04.8 Climate Information <br />Section 2.1 of the Trapper Permit addresses Climatology for the area with varying data sets <br />collected from 1936 through 1979. DRMS is aware that Trapper Inc., and other entities maintain <br />climatological data consisting of seasonal precipitation, ambient seasonal air temperatures, and <br />wind direction and speeds. <br />This aspect of the Rules is adequately addressed with the exception of: <br />June 2017 DRMS <br />H. As the baseline climatological data is upwards of 40 years old please address the possibility of a <br />changing climate regime with additional data for the following: <br />a. A continuation of table 2-1-1 ( permit page 2-6) beginning with year 1971 through 2016 <br />b. A continuation of table 2.1-2 (permit page 2-7) beginning with year 1974 through 2016 <br />c. A continuation of table 2.1-3 (permit page 2-8) beginning year 1974 through 2016 <br />d. A continuation of table 2.1-4 (permit page 2-10) beginning year 1980 through 2016 <br />e. A continuation of table 2.1-6 permit page 2-13) beginning year 1974 through 2016 <br />f. A continuation of table 2.1-7 (permit page 2-15) beginning year 1980 through 2016 <br />g. A continuation of table 2.1-8 (permit page 2-16) beginning year 1975 through 2016 <br />h. A continuation of figure 2.1-3 (permit page 2-26) beginning year 1973 through 2016 <br />i.
