2 <br />Trapper Mine Inc., RN7 Preliminary Adequacy Review <br />Rule 2.03.4 Identification of Interests <br />Rule 2.3.4 (1) and (2) appear adequately addressed. DRMS notes that the Certificate of Liability <br />Insurance expires 1 October 2017. <br />DRMS received pages 1-5 through 1-7c of permit section 1.2: Officers, Directors and Members. <br />Not all required information was provided as per adequacy questions 1 and 2 below. <br />This aspect of the rules is adequately addressed with the exception of: <br />June 2017 DRMS <br />1. Please inform DRMS of anything that changed with respect to officers, directors and members? <br />2. Please provide as per Rules 2.03.4(3)(c) and 2.03.4(4)(b), for each individual who owns or controls the <br />applicant the following additional information to that already provided: <br />a. date (dd/mm/yr) position assumed <br />b. date of departure from position. <br />3. Asper Rule 2.03.4(7), please verify that all entities labeled on Map MI correspond with names and <br />address of surface owners as currently presented in the permit, and update as necessary, providing <br />DRMS revised pages. It appears to DRMS that discrepancies may exist between the map and submitted <br />permit section 1.3.1. <br />4. Please inform DRMS if there are any interests in lands, options or pending bids by the applicant for <br />lands contiguous to the permit area, Rule 2.03.4(9). <br />Rule 2.03.5 Compliance <br />DRMS notes that the Compliance Statement; section 1.6 of the Permit (page 1-62), adequately <br />addresses Rule 2.03.5(1)(a). <br />Rule 2.03.6 Right of Entry <br />DRMS notes that the submitted Public Notice provides the complete and detailed legal description <br />of the permit boundary as per Rule 2.03.6(1). This description also resides in the permit document. <br />This aspect of the rules is adequately addressed with the exception of- <br />June <br />£June 2017 DRMS <br />5. Please discuss the status and time line of any potential mining of the Npit and submit as <br />revised pages. <br />Rule 2.03.7 Relationship to Areas Designated Unsuitable for Mining <br />June 2017 DRMS <br />6. Asper Rule 2.03.7(3), please either state, or direct DRMS to that section of the Trapper permit <br />discussing operational facilities or mining activities occuring within 300 feet of an occupied dwelling.
