The Aerial Photo Map, Mining Plan Map, and Reclamation Plan Map have been redrawn <br /> and are re-submitted. The pit area has been surveyed by a registered land surveyor(see <br /> attached legal description) and shown to be 9.4 acres. Adding the roadway acreage (20' x <br /> 1050' =0.5 acres). The pit plus the roadway contain 9.9 acres. A new Exhibit E -Location <br /> Map is also attached, drawn to scale. <br /> 2. The notes on the Mining Plan and Reclamation Plan maps are partially cut off at the bottom of <br /> the maps. Please re-submit these maps with all of the notes visible and readable. <br /> The re-submitted Mining and Reclamation Plan maps show the notes. <br /> Reclamation Cost Estimate <br /> 3. The Division has conducted a reclamation cost estimate for the site based on the proposed <br /> mining and reclamation plan assuming groundwater will not been exposed at the site. The <br /> Division's estimate is attached.
