A stake lies <br />vertically across one of the culverts <br />and requires removal. The area <br />upstream and downstream of the <br />culverts should be cleared of <br />sediment. <br /> <br /> <br />DISPOSAL OF NON COAL WASTE Rule 4.11.4 <br /> <br />o The ash pit was observed and appeared to be functioning correctly. <br /> <br />TOPSOIL -Rule 4.06 <br />Removal4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution <br />4.06.4: <br /> <br />o No instability was noted on the o bserved tops oil piles throughout the site. <br />o Observed topsoil piles were marked appropriately. <br />o Observation of Phase 1 area s associated with SL 18 noted some erosional rills near <br />ready line area and along main haul road. <br /> <br />DISPOSAL of EXCESS SPOIL – Rule 4.09 (11) Inspection <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Photo 6: House Gulch fill. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Photo 7: Horse Gulch side drain. <br /> <br />o Horse Gulch Fill <br />and associated <br />side drains <br />appeared to be <br />functioning <br />properly, no <br />slumps or <br />flowing water <br />was noted. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
