No issues <br />were noted. The ditch was <br />not discharging. Very little <br />flow had occurred in the <br />ditch and stabilizing <br />grasses were present. <br />o No Name 4 dam and drop <br />structure appeared to be <br />functioning adequately. <br />o Coyote Pond was dry. The <br />perimeter ditch exhibited <br />some water from <br />groundwater source. <br /> <br />A culvert inspection took place as per the following table: <br /> <br />Culvert Maintenance Comments Size <br /> <br />NN5 Culvert requires cleaning especially on downstream <br />side. 24 <br />BC1 <br />Consists of 3 culverts, metal stake needs to be <br />removed and debris inside culvert on downstream <br />side requires removal. <br />24 <br />BC2 <br /> <br />60 <br />BC5 Stable, with established vegetation indicating no <br />flow for considerable time 24
