First Claim for Relief <br /> (Underground Water Rights) <br /> 4. Name of Structures: Una Pit(also referred to herein as the"Pit"). <br /> 5. Leual Description of Structure: The Pit will be located approximately 4 miles southwest of <br /> Parachute, Colorado in the NW/4 of Section 34, Township 7 South, Range 96 West, 6th <br /> P.M., at the location shown on the map and aerial photograph attached hereto as Figures l <br /> and 2. The center of the Pit will be located 850 feet east of the West line and 955 feet south <br /> of the North line of said Section 34. <br /> 6. Source and Depth: The Pit is a gravel pit located in alluvial deposits adjacent to the <br /> Colorado River and will intercept and withdraw groundwater tributary to the Colorado River. <br />
