EXHIBIT D -Reclamation Plan <br /> Rule 6.3.4 (Starts on Page 139 of the Rules) <br /> The purpose of the Reclamation Plan is to describe the timing, procedures, criteria and materials that will be <br /> used to reclaim the affected land to the proposed post-mining land use. Reclamation is required for all affected <br /> lands. This plan must be correlated to Exhibit E -Map. <br /> 1) Primary future(Post-mining) land use (check one): <br /> Cropland (CR) _a Pastureland (PL) General Agriculture (GA) <br /> Rangeland (RL) M Forestry (FR) F-1 Wildlife Habitat(WL) <br /> Residential (RS) _a Recreation(RC) _a Industrial/Commercial (IC) <br /> 2) Please provide a general description of how the mined area will be Reclaimed: <br /> Processed gravels will be placed into back into excavated cuts. Stockpiled topsoil will be spread ontop <br /> of the reclaimed processed material.
