The eroded material on the gob piles is subsoil that was
placed and spread in 2016. The main section of erosion is located just above the D-D9 ditch on Gob pile #4
(Photo 3). Noted in the April 10, 2017 inspection report, The erosion had crossed the D-D9 ditch and the D-F18
ditch, and continued down the face of the gob pile and on to Gob Pile #1. The erosion crossing Gob Pile #1 was
contained in the D-F16 ditch. The Aerial photos taken during this inspection indicate that the erosion is still being
contained in the D-F16 Ditch and being transported to Pond F. The Topsoil Stockpile D is located across the old
haul road from Gob Pile #1. The topsoil pile has not been impacted by the erosion on the gob piles. Repairs to the
gob piles is scheduled when spring conditions allow equipment to access the area. Please see the Photographs
section of this report for more details on the gob piles.

DOCUMENTS RECEIVED: None
OTHER (SPECIFY): None
