Danny Kipp was present during the inspection. <br />Skies were cloudy and temperatures reached the mid 50 degrees F. Earth moving taking place comprised <br />smoothing the surface with the grader and depositing lifts for approximate original countour. Dugout and <br />Sediment Pond #2 held small amounts of water. Over the course of the month about .65 inches of rain fell at the <br />site. <br />PERMITTING ACTIONS <br />1. RN7 Is currently under review by DRMS. <br />2. SL9 Application for Phase I Bond Release was received by DRMS on 21 April 2017. Once the <br />affidavit of publication is received, DRMS will determine the application complete. <br /> <br />INSPECTION: <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br />o The mine site identification sign inside the entrance to the facilities from County Road 59 was intact, <br />displaying all required information: mine name, operator name, address, phone number, DRMS <br />permit number and contact information. <br />o Permit boundary signs appeared intact and adequately placed throughout the site. <br />o Topsand stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br /> <br />ROADS Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and <br />Maintenance 4.03.1(5) and (6) 4.03.2(5) and (6). <br />o <br />o Roads in and around the facilities were in good condition and appeared to function adequately. <br />
