TR 87 was found complete on 3/24/2017. Please find below the adequacy review
issues that will need to be addressed prior to the Division's approval of the revision. Please address the
following items:
1. The Division has not yet received a proof of publication for TR 87. Please ensure the notice has
been published and provide the Division the affidavit of publication.
2. The application indicated that there is no additional disturbance, however burying the 1,200' of
pipeline will create new disturbance. This acreage needs to be stated as disturbance in the
application, and on the disturbance and reclamation maps need to indicate this disturbance.
The Division is required to issue its proposed decision for this minor revision by 5/23/2017. If you need
additional time to address the issue above, please request an extension of the decision date. If you have
any questions feel free to contact me at (303) 866-3567, extension 8147.
Sincerely,
Tabetha Lynch
Environmental Protection Specialist
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203 P 303.866.3567 F 303.832.8106 http://mining.state.co.us
John W.
