EXHIBIT D - Reclamation Plan <br />Rule 6.3.4 (Starts on Page 139 of the Rules) <br />The purpose of the Reclamation Plan is to describe the timing, procedures, criteria and materials that will be <br />used to reclaim the affected land to the proposed post -mining land use. Reclamation is required for all affected <br />lands.
