Exhibit D <br /> Reclamation Plan <br /> 1) <br /> a) Overburden will be replaced when there is a sufficient area affected(3-5 acres). It will not disrupt <br /> mining operations. <br /> b) Maximum gradient of reclaimed slopes will be 3H:IV. <br /> c) Site has been revegetated (confirmed by DRMS inspection on September 7, 2012). Any <br /> disturbances to site vegetation will be reclaimed in accordance with previously approved <br /> reclamation plan.Additional mined area will not be revegetated and will be used as recreation pond. <br /> d) An unlined gravel pit will remain after reclamation <br /> e) Not applicable in this case. After reclamation, there will be no detrimental hydrologic effects, no <br /> off-site damage, proposed future land use is recreation.All depletions will be augmented. <br /> 2) The City of Sterling is a municipality and is not required to release bond information. <br />
