Sloping or benching for excavations greater than 20 feet deep shall <br />be designed by a registered professional engineer. <br />6.3.3 (1) (g) There is an existing 4 -wheel drive road (Forest Service Road 273) which is <br />approximately 10-12 feet in width. This road crosses the operation site and will <br />be used as access to the mining operations. No new or improved roads will be <br />made. <br />6.3.3 (1) (h) The operation will be a dry excavation. No water will be used during the mining <br />operation. <br />6.3.3 (1) (1) No groundwater or surface water will be disturbed during the mining operation. <br />If encountered, DRMS will be consulted. <br />6.3.3 (1) {j) N/A <br />6.3.3 (1) (k) No acid or toxic producing materials are expected to be found.
