The inspection was conducted and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. <br />Graham Roberts, Trapper Mine representative was present Tuesday throughout the inspection as <br />was Dan Hernández of DRMS. On Wednesday, Billy Nicholson of Trapper Mine Inc., <br />accompanied me on the inspection. Skies had high clouds and temperatures ranged from 45 -60 <br />degrees Fahrenheit. Main haul roads were clear of snow and no hydrologic or air quality issues <br />were observed. <br /> <br />PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br />o SL18 Phase I bond release of 175.3 acres received and deemed complete by DRMS ON <br />7 March 2017. Review of the application is currently underway by DRMS. <br />o TR118 Annual Reclamation Report for 2016 and Appendix W Received from Trapper 15 <br />March 2017 and deemed complete by DRMS 16 March 2017. <br /> <br />INSPECTION: <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Roads were being watered and ash was being hauled to the ash pit. Coal was also being loaded <br />and 100 ton haul trucks were operating. Two draglines, the Queen Anne and the Molly Brown <br />were operating casting spoil and dozers were pushing spoil in the active pit, cut #9 at the time <br />of inspection. Loader and trucks were working in cut #10. One dragline, the Baby Doe was idle. <br />The excavator was loading coal and coal was being hauled. Overburden drills were idle so, no <br />drilling was taking place. Overburden removal is progressing east of the active pit. A coal blast <br />was observed. The Industrial Waste pond was in process of being pumped and dredged at the <br />time of inspection. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
