Overall topsand piles appeared stable and <br />shaped to the angle of repose with last years vegetation holding the soil. <br />o Overburden placement is progressing from southeast to northwest. Overburden placement and <br />leveling was not taking place at time of inspection due to soft soil conditions resulting from recent <br />precipitation. <br />o Recently backfilled B Pit appeared stable with no visible slumping, depressions or cracks at time of <br />inspection.
