Exhibit D-Mine Plan Amendment <br /> 6.4.4(b) Earthmoving <br /> Based on the proposed Mine Plan,the following earthmoving activities will be <br /> undertaken at the site(in proposed order of operation): <br /> • road and bench stormwater structures grading, installation and maintenance ; <br /> • road cut and fill maintenance; and <br /> • May Day No. 1, 2 and Idaho bench mine rock storage, and ore transfer; <br /> 6.4.3(c) Water diversions and impoundments <br /> No diversions or impoundments will be constructed. <br /> 6.4.4(d) The size of area(s)to be worked at any one time <br /> As described above,most of the operational activity will occur in underground workings. <br /> Surface disturbances will be limited to the operational areas depicted on Figure D-1. <br /> These individual disturbed areas are anticipated to be limited to less than 50 acres at any <br /> one time, and are anticipated to be located in the affected mine areas during the life of the <br /> mine. <br /> 6.4.4(e) An approximate timetable to describe the mining operation <br /> The mine plan has been outlined in the approximate order of operation.
