The Board will also consider the <br />scheduling of the hearing on the TR application and the objection. The Board may decide to hear the matter at the March <br />meeting or schedule it for a subsequent meeting. Will the hearing required by C.R.S. § 34-33-116 and Rule 2.08.4(6)(b)(iii) on the <br />objections to TR -69 be held by the MLRB at its meeting scheduled for March 22-23 ? Based on your last missive to me <br />confirming the filing of Snowcap Coal Company's response brief, it appears that the MLRB will not be addressing the <br />Fontanari's Request for Clarification, with its incorporated request for continuance, until that date. Further, the current <br />agenda, dated March 8th, says nothing about this matter, including the pending motion.
