3/29/2017 State.co.us Executive Branch Mail - Fwd: FW: MLRB Hearing on Permit No. C-1981-041 TR -69
Consistent with my discussions with Mr. Shultz and Mr. Beckwith this morning, I have prepared a draft stipulation amon#.
the parties to address the uncertainty on whether the matter might be heard at the March 22nd meeting, which
uncertainty is exemplified by Mr. Roberts' email below. Please provide me with any comments you might have. If the
stipulation is acceptable, we can execute and submit for filing with the MLRB.
Hopefully we will have clarification next Wednesday from the MLRB on a firm hearing date and the procedural issues
raised by Fontanari. I'm proposing, also consistent with my discussions with Mr. Shultz and Mr. Beckwith this morning,
that we all sit down together that afternoon after the MLRB meeting and confer on the re -hearing process and deadlines
based on the direction provided by the MLRB.
Mr. Stutz, I was unable to reach you by phone this morning. If you would like to discuss this further, please don't
hesitate to call. I have included Mr. Carey and provided a signature line for you in the hope that Mr. Carey is also
agreeable to this proposal.
