The visual buffer will not be disturbed during mining or reclamation
operations.
(4) A 100 ft. undisturbed radius will be maintained around all Xcel Energy structures and
facilities within the permit boundary. Minimal or no disturbance will take place near the
Xcel facilities.
(5) The access, truck scale area and parking area is part of the mine buffer. This area
consists of a single point of entry to the mine area, gate with lock, temporary scale and
scale house location, employee/customer vehicle parking and an access road to the
active mining operations. This component is on
breaks. The parent material consists of alluvium derived from granite and/or colluvium derived from
granite and/or eolian deposits derived from granite. The natural drainage class is well drained.
Water movement in the most restrictive layer is high. This soil is not flooded. It is not ponded. There
